Paint Correction involves a very intense process which involves removing defects and imperfections in paintwork such as swirls marks, scratches, oxidation and etching from bird droppings by re-leveling the paintwork.
Removing such imperfections safely and effectively is what Gleaming Kleen specialise in. Before we carry out any paint correction we inspect the paintwork before and during the process to ensure there is sufficient paint or clear coat to safely rectify any imperfections. We do this by using a ultra sonic paint depth gauge which allows us to measure each individual paint layer. These measurements can also tell us whether the vehicle has had any paint repairs in the past.
We can usually guarantee full correction of > 95% of paint defects present (subject to paint depth) with the process taking on average 16-24 hours to complete. Paint correction can often eliminate the need for a expensive re-spray and often restore’s the paintwork to a level that is above the original factory finish.
After our paint correction process you will notice that light will be perfectly reflected and the colour of the vehicle is greatly enhanced leaving a breathtaking finish.
